This is a simple build with a one-level layout and a minimalistic front yard. Inside, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom; plus, there’s a living space and kitchen. It’s pretty much done.
There aren’t too many things to this house, but its style makes it worth building for less than $100K.

It’s a great place for players who want to roleplay with their friends. You don’t need to worry about finding enough space for lounging.

If you’re looking for something cute to fit into your Bloxburg house aesthetic, the modern split-level house from PandaLemon Tart is just for you.
It’s a really warm feeling, and it feels like something you might see in Animal Crossing.
It’s not expensive at all, but it’s definitely worth buying. You’ll only need the Multiple Floors pack, so it’s an affordable and attractive Bloxburg 2 story house.
It has both an interior and exterior which features lots of wood so it feels like a real Japanese style house.
There are numerous windows surrounding the house for lots of natural light, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cute balcony where you can sit outside when the weather is nice, and a fully furnished living room/kitchen.

Dark Academia Manor looks like one of the rooms at Hogwarts, and this room is made by ZhiluXor. Even though this mansion has an enormous size, it will only cost you $69K which is very affordable.
The house has a three story layout and a huge front lawn full of trees, shrubs, and outdoor furniture. Inside, there are five bedrooms and a nursery for any babies who might be coming into the family.
It has plenty of natural lighting, a fully-stocked kitchen, and three bathrooms. The Dark Academia Manor is an affordable option overall.
9. $126K – Spring Cottagecore Family House (Gamepass Needed – Multiple Floors, Advanced Placement)
If you’re into the cottagecore aesthetic then this build by Minami Oroi is just right for you.

Like their previous mansion, there are lots of glass windows surrounding the house, which leads to the front yard. There’s a beautifully designed entrance with trees and bushes leading up to a staircase to the house.
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garage, and a large balcony on the second floor, which is where I spend most of my time. My favorite feature is the big balcony.
